The different interfaces designed mean that our postural system can be fitted to a variety of mobility aids such as prams, pushchairs and high-low bases. In this way, Kid Pro has invented the “one for all” concept. One posture system, infinite bases.

All our models use the patented Tarta® technology, characterised by three main elements:
the “vertebrae”, the harmonic steel springs and the slats.

Mouldable
Designed to guarantee the maintenance of a correct sitting position and mouldable according to the measurements taken directly from the child, in order to compensate for postural deformities, prevent fatigue and allow daily activities.
Flexibility
The possibility to adjust the flexibility of the backrest favours carrying out the daily activities of the child in absolute freedom guaranteeing postural needs.

Mobility bases
Easy to interface with the main wheelchairs (with and without fabric), tilting bases, pushchairs and indoor bases in the market.

The Tarta Kid Pro is available in two sizes, designed for children aged 3 to 6 years in size 1 and 5 to 8 years in size 2. The indications are purely indicative. The wide possibility of adjusting the seat and the backrest guarantee a very long period of use.
SEAT: Depth Width Knee Width Abduction Angle
The seat consists of a rigid structure designed for the insertion of containment elements for the pelvis and lower limbs. The dimensions of the seat can be adjusted in depth and width and the leg restraint can accommodate and correct different postural needs, including in adduction and abduction. Foam inserts are applied to this structure to allow changes in the configuration of the seat and to adapt the aid to the evolving situation of the patient.
BACKREST Height Adjustment Flexibility Recline Width Height and chest pad depth
The backrest is flexible and consists of a modular structure designed for the insertion of torso support elements. Aluminium slats that can be shaped and folded are applied to this structure, to which plastic elements are added that can be easily adapted. It is adjustable according to the measurements taken directly on the child to compensate for postural deformities, prevent fatigue and enable daily activities.
ACCESSORIES
Tarta Design has developed its own wide range of accessories consisting of headrests, harness straps, armrests, footrests, a tray, elbow restraints etc. These accessories meet most customisation needs. However, in order to ensure maximum flexibility and configurability of the system, as well as compatibility with many mobility bases from other companies, it has been decided to provide the possibility of also using accessories from other manufacturers. All this is to allow our children to benefit from all the best products on the market duly combined.
INTERFACES Universal interface for rigid base
The Kid Pro system can be quickly removed and disassembled from the mobility base thanks to a quick fastening system. It has been designed to fit most of the prams, pushchairs and indoor bases on the market. For this reason, a series of interfaces have been developed that allow the system to be attached to different bases. In all cases, the seating system is removable and detachable from the base itself to facilitate disassembly and transport.
Base Height-adjustable high chair (only with Kid Pro size 01)
Designed for use in the home. Lightweight and adjustable in height and inclination. It can only be used with Tarta Kid size 1. It has a maximum load capacity of 30 kg.
